After a hard day of work all you want to do is sit back with your glass of sangria and relax. Spain is full of bars with delicious drinks and afterwards you can always go to a club or just go home, whatever you prefer.
Bars
You’ll find one in every street, Spain bursts with bars and pubs. Depending on which city you’re in there’s always a typical drink. Everyone knows Sangria, the delicious drink with red wine and fruits, but this isn’t the only drink typical for Spain. There’s also aqua de Valencia, made of orange juice, champagne, gin and wodka. You have Tinto de Verano, it’s similair to sangria. And there are so many other drinks, so enough to try! Going to bars is also a great way to meet new people. You might get to know locals who can show you around or other expats that can come exploring with you.

Clubs
There are many clubs in Spain and everyone will find one that they’ll like. From latin music to hiphop. You’ll find most clubs in big cities like Barcelona and Madrid. Be aware most clubs open later than elsewhere in Europe, some only open at 1 am. In cities with more tourists the club will probably be open earlier since they want to attract more tourists.
Festivals
If clubs aren’t your scene but you still want to go dancing or experience the spanish culture, there are plenty of festivals to enjoy in Spain! Most music festivals are between june and august just like in most countries, but there are also some smaller festivals all year round. During the summer you have big festivals like Barcelona Beach Festival, Sonar Festival and many more. Besides your typical music festivals Spain also offers many cultural festivals. For example in march you have the Barcelone Beer Festival, in may Feria De Abril and many more. You can easily find them online.
